Delivery & Shipping will arrange delivery by Post Danmark (the national post service) to the buyer on the date that has been stated in the order. However punctual delivery is dependent on Post Danmarks ability to observe their day-to-day delivery service. In situations where Post Denmark is the cause of delays, then a corresponding delay will be experienced in relation to the specified delivery date. Post Danmarks quality objective for on-time delivery is at least 97% for letter post and at least 99% for parcel post. However one should observe that these are average percentages, and can include local and time limited variations. cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Post Danmark. In the case of long delays (several days) or non-delivery, will of course send a new delivery without charge.

Deliveries to Bornhom and other small islands are not included in Post Danmarks day-to-day quality objective, as shipments to these areas sometimes take 2 days.
